Cities era

  1. 2014Santa Mónica 2 — Urban Data System — Zenbit's founding objective: the public needs of the Santa Mónica 2 neighbourhood in Querétaro, worked on with residents and the local government, with transparency at every stage.
  2. 2017UDTEI, FCA-UAQ — Digital Skills Gap — Lineage stage (2017–2019): digital-skills-gap work inside UAQ's business-faculty tech-innovation unit.
  3. 2020Zenbit founded (S.A.S. de C.V.) — ZENBIT S.A.S. DE C.V. constituted 15 Aug 2020 in Santiago de Querétaro; the zenbitETH GitHub org is created 3 Aug 2020. An R&D+I lab for onchain public goods begins.
  4. 2021Ciudades DAO — the first Zenbit product — Zenbit's earliest product and the umbrella of the urban-governance era: a digital public good for decentralized urban governance. A 'Gobernador Alfa' Governor contract + a VOTO governance token reward citizens for digital-skills validation and reward/vote on urban proposals (Polygon Mumbai). Origin in Querétaro; ciudadesdao.org. Trademark VOTARO CIUDAD DAO registered.
  5. 2022Punk Cities — Collaborative play-to-earn city game (Solarpunks vs Cyberpunks) minting city places as NFTs on Polygon Mumbai; received a Filecoin Next Step Grant. Earliest urban-era code artifact.
  6. 2022DeCo — Decentralized Commerce (Hack Money 2022) — Mint IRL small businesses as NFTs, split 90% of sales to owners / 10% to a DeFi vault, interoperating with Punk Cities rewards. Built at ETHGlobal Hack Money 2022.
  7. 2022eneagon (ETH Online 2022) — Retroactive public-goods funding dashboard using ENS, Worldcoin ID, Superfluid and The Graph. Built at ETHGlobal Online 2022.
  8. 2023supercities (Autonomous Worlds 2023) — MUD-based public-data management system developed at the Autonomous Worlds 2023 hackathon.
  9. 2023Zengo — participatory budgeting — Decentralized participatory-budgeting / urban-governance app (registro–verificación–fondeo–seguimiento) at go.zenbit.mx. Received 24,845 OP in Optimism RetroPGF3; also ran in Gitcoin GG19.
  10. 2024Fundcaster — Best No-Code Tool (Frames Hackathon 2024) — Won Best No-Code Tool at the Frames Hackathon 2024.
  11. 2024OPcity — OP-Stack rollup research (OP Governance S5) — R&D unifying the OP-Stack Canon Fault-Proof VM with opML's Multi-Phase Fault Proof for onchain ML inference. Proposed in OP Governance Season 5; grant finalist in cycle 22.
  12. 2024Zenbit Badges — EAS attestations on OP Mainnet — Onchain-identity dApp (badges.zenbit.eth) automating EAS attestation issuance via an EASOnboarding contract on OP Mainnet, with four Optimism certification schemas. The incubation-badge primitive behind the microDAO playbook.
  13. 2024AttestDeFi (Superhack 2024) — EAS-driven ERC-20/ETH distribution across the Superchain (Optimism, Base, Celo, Mode) via a customized Disperse contract. Built at Superhack 2024.

Startups era

  1. 2024Zenbit × Axolotarium — first incubated microDAO — Zenbit begins collaborating with Axolotarium (axolotl conservation center); Axolotarium DAO is formed — the first real-world microDAO incubated with the Badges playbook, and the AxoloDAO precursor.
  2. 2025microDAO — the reusable primitive — Solidity/Foundry microDAO system (Factory / Manager / Badges) with multichain multisig, ENS, EAS, ERC-20 and CREATE2 deterministic addresses — the reusable primitive behind the startups era.
  3. 2025StartupChain — ENS award at ETHGlobal NY 2025 — The onchain company OS for founders (ENS identity + Safe treasury + EAS + company tokens). Won ENS 'Best use of ENS' 3rd place at ETHGlobal New York 2025; testing on Sepolia at startupchain.io. Zenbit's integration/execution of the MicroDAO concept.
  4. 2025Zenbit × UAQ framework agreement — 3-year framework agreement signed 27 Oct 2025; initial focus the Programa Integral de Restauración de Hábitat y Conservación de Ambystoma. Anchors the academic/scientific layer via CAEyDF, Facultad de Ciencias Naturales.
  5. 2025EF Devconnect Scholar 2025 — MicroDAOs thesis — Habacuc selected as an Ethereum Foundation Devconnect Scholar (1 of 100) and presents the thesis 'Cómo incorporar a los próximos millones de startups y MIPYMES a Ethereum' at Devconnect Buenos Aires: MSMEs are ~90% of the world's businesses, 322M+ formally registered (World Bank/IFC), and Ethereum's early majority; MicroDAO = ENS + Safe + EAS.
  6. 2025InteropSafe (ETH Buenos Aires) — Experimental dApp exploring the Ethereum Interoperability Layer (EIL) for cross-chain multisig treasury operations, built at the ETH Buenos Aires hackathon.
  7. 2026AxoloDAO — flagship microDAO — AxoloDAO repo created; the flagship microDAO (ENS + Safe + EAS) for Ambystoma conservation in Mexico, formed by Zenbit + Xolotlcalli + Ndali + CAEyDF-UAQ. Treasury Safe on OP Mainnet; BioMuseo Xolotlcalli livestream live from 13 Jan 2026.
  8. 2026Zenbit × INTELI partnership (São Paulo) — 5-year non-oneroso Termo de Parceria signed 15 Jan 2026 in São Paulo with INTELI (IBTCC). Underlying project: the AxoloDAO decentralized information system (SIMD5) — a 10-week student build. Opens the Brazil axis.
  9. 2026Sistema AxoloDAO — Zenbit × INTELI 10-week build — Decentralized information system for monitoring, traceability and certification of axolotl + environmental data (Feb–Apr 2026): 5 INTELI student teams, 5 OSS solutions, 4 sprints, MVP to testnet.
  10. 2026Xolotrain (HackMoney 2026) — Onchain agent-driven game tying axolotl companion health to Uniswap v4 LP positions, with cross-chain travel via The Compact + Li.Fi. Built at HackMoney 2026.
  11. 2026Xovi — consumer dApp over the livestream — The consumer dApp over BioMuseo's 24/7 axolotl livestream: behavior clips become EAS attestations and earn weekly XOVI rewards; Aliado/Guardián tiers frame remote adoption. Prototyped as Axolovision at ETHGlobal SF 2024; renamed Xovi 2026-05-19 (ticker XOLO→XOVI). Phase 0 GA target 2026-05-16.

    General collaboration agreement with the Academic Body for Ecology and Faunal Diversity, Faculty of Natural Sciences.

    Covers teaching, fieldwork, laboratory work, research, training, publications and student internships. First program: integrated habitat restoration and Ambystoma conservation.

    Ministry of Culture, Querétaro

    Framework agreement joining art, science and technology around axolotl conservation.

    A public artist open call of 35 commissioned works, initiatives at the Pinal de Amoles community museum, and a channel for Ambystoma velasci field research in the Sierra Gorda.
